VLS - 2000 Loading system
The VLS-2000 loading system was developed to complete the transfer process of the excavated material from the MFS hopper unit.
It offers an efficient and flexible method whereby the excavated material can be directly transferred, even in situations where the space between the tracks is less than favourable.
VLS-2000 - Lateral Loading to Wagon on Parallel Track
VLS-2000 enables lateral loading at distances from 3.500mm to 5.500mm at a 180o swiveling range. The system is augmented with a mechanical and electronic safety locking mechanism preventing unintentional swiveling. VLS-2000 is equipped with an electronic control unit requiring only a single operator.
Loading from the VLS-2000 to a Truck
The continuously variable height adjustment enables free passage up to a height of 4,050 mm, enabling easy loading of high-walled material transporters or trucks.
VLS-2000 - Offloading to Holding Area
The long offloading conveyor allows for material to be deposited far off the track.
